On Wednesday July 13, Dr. Vo and his staff will be providing Free Sport's Physicals to all Student-Athletes. The event will run from 10AM-12PM, and will take place in the Erickson gym. We encourage all athletes (whether you plan to play in the Fall, Winter, or Spring) to take advantage of this opportunity. We will have Sports Packets on hand, and hope to clear the majority of our athletes at this time for the upcoming 2022-2023 school year. Please direct questions or concerns to Mr. Hughes ([email protected]).


El miércoles 13 de julio, el Dr. Vo y su personal proporcionarán exámenes físicos gratuitos para deportes a todos los estudiantes-atletas. The images from the Graduation ceremony are now ready to view! We have attached a digital flyer.

Please review the Graduation guidelines below.

1. The Graduation ceremony starts at 8:00 pm.

2. Graduates need to be in the Erickson Gym no later than 7:00 pm. Only staff and graduates are allowed in the gym, no exceptions.

3. Each graduate receives 2 field tickets for the parent seating area. Regardless of age, a ticket is required to enter the parent seating area. Students will receive the tickets after the graduation practice on Thursday.

4. Seating on the bleachers does not require a ticket.

5. Balloons are not allowed on the field.

6. There will be a photographer to take photos of the graduates walking in to the ceremony and also when they receive their diploma. Your child must pre-register to have the graduation photos taken. Please see the attachment for more information. Or call the photographer at 760 623 1117 if you have any questions.

An opportunity to increase student access to mental/behavioral health and wellness services has been presented to us, and we are seeking input from parents, students, and school staff.

Below is a link to the parent survey. This survey will ask you questions about your knowledge and use of current services available to your child and your ideas for improvement. We kindly ask that you complete the survey before Friday June 3rd, 2022. Your opinion matters to us and will help us evaluate what interventions would benefit our school.

We are providing free Covid-19 tests kits for students. We recommend that all students test the day before returning to school on April 25, 2022. You or your student may stop by office during times below to pick up a testing kit.

HS Madness will be Monday, March 7, 2022 at the CA Midwinter Fair in Imperial, California. Fair Gates open at 5pm. The event starts at 6pm.

1. HS Madness Wristband Tickets will be on sale beginning Wednesday, March 2nd, BEFORE and AFTER school only, for $5.00. They will be $8 at the Fair Gate the day of the event. There are only 150 tickets available, first come first serve, no holds, limit 1 per person. You cannot participate in HS madness at the fair Grandstands if you do not have a wristband ticket. Tickets will be sold in Room 10 with Mr. Rosales. High School Madness Wristband tickets ARE NOT the same as the wristbands for the rides.

2. There will be a bus for HS Madness with limited seating. First to turn in the permission slip gets a spot! Bus Leaves Monday at 3:45pm and returns by 9pm. Permission slips are available in Room 10, BEFORE and AFTER school. Slips are due by Thursday, March 3rd by 3:30pm.

3. Reminder as a school event, masks will be required for all individuals riding district transportation. We are also encouraging students to take a Covid-19 test at our clinic on Monday and recommending that students wear their masks at the event.
